This is a uniquely designed conversation that will inspire you to be your authentic self, validate who you are and where you are in life, and ignite transformation to be your best self on the job and off. At Early Childhood Solutions, we are bold and sometimes brazen (and bossy) but always ready to listen and support.

Close your eyes. Take a deep breath. When was the last time you truly felt part of a tribe of women … particularly a tribe of women passionate about early education?

Our time together will be life-changing. We will explore ways to set goals in our business and our life based on values. Play late-night games with us. Watch movies with us. Gather around the table with us and share life. Come and just BE with us. You belong here.

ECS retreats are planned with the idea that individual educators or leadership teams would register. Early Childhood Solutions can also customize retreat weekends to accommodate specific staff needs. We can plan retreats with leadership teams or the full staff. This specialized type of professional development can be arranged individually by talking to Elizabeth or Debbie. Prices will vary based on content development and location.

The base price for retreats is $400.00 per participant. This includes lodging, meals, swag, and a professional development training certificate.
