  • Guests that attend our retreats often come from many different states with different PDR systems. With every event, you will get a certificate of attendance that can be turned in to your state. As time allows if we can list the training on your state registry as approved trainers we will do that.

  • Yes, you will receive a downloadable PDF certificate with the number of hours attended.

  • Most of our retreats are booked with double accommodation in each bedroom. We attempt to make sure our retreat homes have king-size beds but sometimes we do have to choose a place that has queen-size accommodations. We do our best to give everyone their space. If you have a friend that you feel comfortable rooming with we suggest you registered together. Almost always bathroom space is shared.

  • You absolutely can bring your own food although Early Childhood Solutions cooks and prepares dinner on Friday night, breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday night, and breakfast on Sunday morning. We do ask that guests let us know about allergies so we can accommodate them if possible. What you might consider bringing are your own drinks. We provide water, tea, and lemonade. If you want other beverages please feel free to bring them and store them in our refrigerator - if there is space. You might also consider bringing extra snacks. Usually, we have a charcuterie board or something to snack on laying on the counter throughout the day but you're welcome to bring what you feel you will need.

  • Once you're registered for a retreat we send out a complete packing list. That list may change from each location.

  • Our events are nonrefundable but you can transfer it to a friend.

  • We accept cash, checks, and credit cards via Cash app, Venmo, and PayPal.

  • Yes, you can!

  • Once you pay and set up your subscription to become an ECS Crew Member you will be added to our private Facebook group. Within the Facebook group, you will be alerted when trainings are available or retreats are being posted. You will need a Facebook profile to access our benefits.

  • I think the biggest determination of whether a fee retreat is right for you is the location and the timing. There's really no other way you can go wrong.

  • We offer center-based programs the ability to pay for the staff that they want to have the benefits of a subscription. Why do that? You pay for 10 and one of those staff members leaves and we can transfer that to the new person coming in. You know that your staff are getting ongoing training that is consistent and research backed.

  • Yes, there is! Please email ecsfortoday@gmail.com with the retreat dates that you would like to attend to be placed on the waitlist.

  • You can pay for a retreat or subscription with a check. For retreats, please keep in mind that the check must be sent in a timely manner in order to make sure that your spot is reserved. With subscriptions, we do ask that you pay for one year if you're paying by check - $240.00.

  • Please indicate on your registration form if you want to room with a friend.

  • Our retreats change based on the topic and our guests that will be attending. A typical day is conversational training, a little bit of free time, fun and games, validation, and wonderful meals together

  • One of the most affordable ways to receive one-on-one support from Elizabeth and Debbie is to join our ECS Crew - which is our subscription service. For $20 a month you get daily tips and information from Early Childhood Solutions. You get one training per month free. You also get a virtual hangout on Sundays where you can bring challenges or celebrations.
