Elizabeth and Debbie have more than 60 years of combined experience in the field of early childhood. Their expertise ranges from classroom teachers, family childcare, center director, and executive director of many centers. They also are advanced trainers and keynote speakers. Elizabeth and Debbie both have been through coaching certification. Early childhood solutions is an innovative and value-driven company that believes in building relationships. The content will be fresh and as always “leading with heart and soul.” Guests will receive 6 hours of professional development in a relaxed setting that honors educators’ time and engages them in purpose.

Monthly Subscriptions
Do you get to the end of the day and ask yourself - did I make a difference today? Am I doing it "right?" Do you go to training after training only to leave full of information but not sure how to use it with your littles? We've been there. Elizabeth and Debbie from Early Childhood Solutions will walk beside you with training designed specifically for you. Not only that, we will be there after the training to cheer you on and answer lingering questions. Early Childhood Solutions will facilitate book clubs and engage educators on a dedicated social media channel with exclusive content. We want to hang out (virtually) and celebrate life with you. So grab your 80s outfit (or whatever our theme is that month) and your favorite beverage and come be with us. Join our ECS crew. We would love to spend time with you. Monthly trainings, daily check in's, monthly book clubs, theme-focused coaching calls, hangouts, and discounts on other ECS services are all included for $20.00 a month (plus a small transaction fee from the service provider). Early Childhood Solutions believes in passion over passivity. What extra help do you and your staff need to be more successful? Do you need training written specifically for your group? Do you need hands-on help to set up centers or for classroom management? Early Childhood Solutions can do a needs assessment with leadership and staff that culminates in a very personalized plan to help your team be the absolute best it can be. Elizabeth and Debbie will form a relationship with you that will create a winning game plan. We can work with large groups, individual leadership, small teams, or one educator. There is no pre-written plan for coaching agreements. Each proposal is individualized to ensure success.
